Matthew 8:1-4 NLT Matteuse 8:1-4

1 Kui siis Jeesus tuli mäelt alla, järgnesid talle suured rahvahulgad.

2 Ja vaata, tema juurde astus pidalitõbine, kummardas teda ja ütles: „Issand, kui sa tahad, siis sa võid mu puhtaks teha!”

3 Ja Jeesus sirutas käe välja, puudutas teda ja ütles: „Ma tahan, saa puhtaks!” Ja ta sai otsekohe oma pidalitõvest puhtaks.

4 Ja Jeesus ütles talle: „Vaata, et sa sellest kellelegi ei räägi, vaid mine näita ennast preestrile ja ohverda and, mis Mooses on käskinud, neile tunnistuseks!”

Leprosy was a sign of being unclean before God

   Pidalitõbi oli märk, et inimene on Jumala ees ebapuhas

You were kicked out of society 

   Sind heideti kogukonnast välja

Mountains were the place where men met with God

   Mäed olid kohtumispaigaks Jumalaga

Jesus comes down the mountain filled with love to heal 

   Jeesus tuli mäelt alla, täis armastust, et tervendada

This man is breaking the law to even be in public

Jesus did not judge him. He said, “I am willing,” and touched him

According to the Law, Jesus should now be unclean

But for the first time, what was clean made unclean clean

You don’t need to be afraid of being unclean; the Greater One is in you

By the power of Jesus, your clean is contagious

This man’s leprosy didn’t scare Jesus; your sin doesn’t scare Jesus

Jesus can make you clean 

   Jeesus saab sind puhtaks teha

All that is required of you is to realize you have no options and go to Jesus

There are people who need to know who Jesus is

   Iga inimene peab teadma, kes Jeesus on

Jesus came to touch the sinner and remove the sin

   Jeesus tuli, et puudutada patuseid ja võtta ära patt

Let’s tell the world He is willing to make them clean 

   Ütleme maailmale, et Ta tahab nad puhtaks teha
